Dinner's presentation was somethin’ else—like a work of art, all them unique flavors mixed together. We even switched to a western breakfast with no fuss at all, which was a nice touch. Only thing I’d mention is the older vibe of the place, but it had its own charm.

The reservation process needs improvement!!! Enhancements to the location of the onsen could also elevate the experience!!!

Just a prime choice for a quick weekend visit in Hakone with good value for money. The kids loved the large meals they served. my daughter's kid's meal was delightful. Make sure to ask when they serve dinner to get the full experience.

we had the best stay at senkei! the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right from the start. our kids loved the special meals, and we enjoyed the spacious outdoor onsen with amazing mountain views. it's also conveniently located across from the riverside, making it a peaceful retreat.

The location was serene, allowing for peaceful moments by the river, which added to the overall charm of our visit. Additionally, my family enjoyed the generous portion sizes—especially the delightful kid's meal that catered specifically to our children's tastes.
